Refund Policy

Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase and its Buyer Terms apply. Everything we make is produced to order from one specific paper, so the standard 14-day cancellation right is limited in the two places set out below: a generation run once it has started, and the delivered poster.

The deposit pays for a generation run: the compute that designs and typesets your poster, and the watermarked preview it produces. By paying it you ask us to begin that run immediately and you acknowledge that, once it has begun, the deposit is not refundable: the service has been performed and its cost incurred. Generation normally begins within minutes of payment. The one case in which we do refund the deposit in full is when we cannot produce an acceptable poster at all.

A paid revision is another generation run, and the same rule applies to it. Each revision is charged a flat fee, but we only keep this round's generation cost — priced the same way as the original generation — plus the payment-processing fee the processor takes and we cannot recover. Whatever you pay above that is credited toward your final balance, and anything still left over after the balance is refunded to you. The flat fee is also the most a round can ever cost: if this round's cost exceeds it, we cover the difference. If a paid revision fails, that revision fee is refunded in full and your previously approved version is kept.

The final poster is a custom digital product, generated specifically from the paper you upload and delivered as a download. When you approve a preview and settle the balance, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of this bespoke poster and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to the delivered poster — the standard exception under Paddle's Buyer Terms for custom/personalized goods and for digital content supplied with your consent. That delivered version is final: no further revisions are made and the balance for it is not refundable.
