We store the files you upload and your email solely to produce and deliver your poster, and payment records as required for accounting. We do not sell your data.

Poster generation runs in a locked-down, isolated workspace whose only outside connection is to a third-party AI service that typesets your poster. To create your poster, the files you upload are sent to that AI service and used solely to generate your poster; the workspace can reach no other destination, and reads only what you upload with your order.

Uploaded sources and generated artifacts are retained only as long as needed to fulfill and support your order.
