Refund Policy

This is a pre-launch draft and will be finalized before launch.

You pay a deposit before generation and the balance only after you approve a watermarked preview. If we cannot produce an acceptable poster, the deposit is refunded.

Each revision is charged a flat fee, but we only keep this round's generation cost — priced the same way as the original generation — plus the payment-processing fee the processor takes and we cannot recover. Whatever you pay above that is credited toward your final balance, and anything still left over after the balance is refunded to you. The flat fee is also the most a round can ever cost: if this round's cost exceeds it, we cover the difference. If a paid revision fails, that revision fee is refunded in full and your previously approved version is kept.

Once you approve a preview and settle the balance, that version is delivered as final: no further revisions are made and the balance is not refundable.
